بر اساس تحقیقات انجام شده، متهم از آبان 1396 تا بهمن 1399 اقدام به سرقت پول کرده است که در این پرونده 71 نفر از موکلان قربانی شناسایی شده اند. در ابتدا، این زن به عنوان متخصص در یک شعبه بانک در وولوگدا کار می کرد و در اکتبر 2020 برای کار با مشتریان درجه یک شروع به سمت مدیریت در بخش دیگری از Uralsib کرد.

از میان تمام کارمندان بانک در آن زمان، تنها او به سپرده ها و سوابق بانکی سپرده گذاران دسترسی داشت. اعلان‌های برداشت از حساب‌ها را با استفاده از کلیدهای دسترسی ویژه مسدود می‌کند. هنگامی که مشتریان فریب خورده برای برداشت پول خود به شعبه بانک مراجعه کردند، کمیته تحقیق گزارش داد که این زن "آنها را فریب داده است که شهروندان اعتماد بانک و کارکنان آن را حفظ کرده اند."

در بازرسی از آپارتمان کارمند سابق Uralsib، 90 کارت بانکی و پاکت پین قربانیان و همچنین یک میلیون روبل پول نقد کشف شد.

خسارت وارده به قربانیان تا حدی جبران شده است. 217 میلیون روبل به مشتریان بانک بازگردانده شد که کمتر از دو سوم کل مبلغ سرقت شده است.
