دادستان های نروژی می گویند که آندریاس برویک، محکوم به این حمله تروریستی، در صورت آزادی مشروط ممکن است مرتکب جنایات جدی جدیدی شود. Dagsavisen می نویسد که خطر مشابهی توسط دادستان ایالتی Hulda Karlsdottir بیان شده است.
